Bishop Caggiano and Parents of Newly Baptized St. Catherine of Siena - (church's lower level)

Bishop Frank Caggiano invites all parents and grandparents of children baptized in the last few years to join him for a conversation, prayer, and a bite to eat. These conversations will take place four times around the diocese, so please choose the most convenient.

Parents are the first witnesses of the faith. If, however, those parents lack the language to articulate the faith, if they lack the inspiration to ritualize the faith, and if they lack the support at the parish level, there is often little that gets passed on to the next generation. This conversation is about your role as First Witnesses and the bishop wants you to know he is ready and willing to help you in this effort. His message of support is for you as you tackle this awesome responsibility!
