Join fellow Faith Formation leaders for a time of connection, collaboration, and shared learning. Deanery Gatherings provide an opportunity to build relationships with colleagues across the deanery, exchange ideas and best practices, and support one another in the important work of forming disciples.
These gatherings are designed to foster meaningful conversations about the opportunities and challenges facing our ministries, celebrate what is working well, identify areas where support may be needed, and explore ways to strengthen faith formation efforts in our parishes. Together, we will encourage one another, share resources, and deepen our commitment to our shared mission of accompanying people in their journey of faith.
Who Should Attend?
If you coordinate faith formation in your parish, this is for you. We are hosting meetings across the diocese this year, so you are welcome to come to the one closest to you or all of them. Occasionally, we will host a speaker, which we will highlight on these pages. For years, you have been asking for more time together to network and help each other, so this is it!
If you coordinate sacramental formation, OCIA, or even liturgical ministry, you are welcome to attend. These are not open meetings, so if you are not responsible for faith formation, you will probably be bored.
