A Cat in Paris
Dino the cat lives a double life. By day, he’s the beloved pet of young Zoé, a girl who has been mute since her police officer father was murdered by a notorious gangster. By night, Dino slips out the window to accompany a gentleman cat burglar, who gracefully leaps across rooftops stealing precious jewels.
One evening, Zoé decides to follow Dino on his nightly adventures and discovers his secret life with the friendly burglar. But her curiosity leads her to trouble when she stumbles upon a gang of criminals, led by the gangster who killed her father. When the criminals kidnap Zoé, Dino and the cat burglar know they must rescue the child and bring the gangsters to justice.
This uniquely-styled French animated film admittedly offers little in the way of themes, but its light-hearted action-packed plot and comedy make for a fun family-friendly watch. The film is rated PG and features some mild action violence.
