Paul Blart: Mall Cop
Paul Blart (Kevin James) may be a mere mall security guard, but he takes the job seriously. Despite being constantly underestimated due to his appearance and clumsy nature, he approaches his duties with enthusiasm, honored to help make sure shoppers have a safe experience.
His dedication is put to the ultimate test when a gang of thieves take over the mall and threaten to hurt hostages if they don’t get what they want. With his love interest among the hostages, Paul puts his extensive knowledge of the shopping center to good use to outwit the criminals, even while his clumsiness continually gets in the way.
Paul Blart: Mall Cop offers a light-hearted unlikely-hero comedy that, between the hijinks and slapstick, reminds us that true heroism comes from bravery and integrity rather than physical appearances or supreme athleticism. The film is rated PG, but does include some crude humor and minor comic violence.
