This page provides a helpful instructional guide for hosting the Eucharistic Miracles Exhibit, from picking up the exhibit and setting it up, to repacking and returning the materials afterwards.

Pre-Arrival
Communicate with your team to have the tables ready for the exhibit with clean table cover and ample space to walk around the tables. There is a thumb drive with a Video. Please be sure you have equipment to show the video. Suggestions: Projector with a Projector Screen/ a Smart TV/ computer with good audio. This Video should be at the entrance to your exhibit. Please remember to plan your space to include the Last Supper Banner and items listed below.
Please be advised that you will need an oversized vehicle (van, truck, large SUV) to pack the exhibit and transport to your church/school. You will want a minimum of two people to help pack the vehicle and your team to unload the vehicle. A hand truck will be of great help to you as well as assistance from your team when you arrive at the church or school.
Before picking up the exhibit
Confirm the time and location of your pickup and which exhibit has been assigned to your Parish/Institution. In addition to your own advertising, the exhibit dates and location will be posted on the Diocese of Bridgeport Website.
There are two exhibits in English: The color code for English 1 is Red. The color code for English 2 is Blue.
There is one exhibit in Spanish: The color code for Spanish is Green.
There is one exhibit in Portuguese: The color code for Portuguese is Yellow.

During set-up
- Set your easels up and don the gloves for handling the panels once the easels are in place.
- If your space is limited, you have the choice of which panels you would like to exhibit. Please remember when packing up the exhibit to keep the panels in country order.
- The banner for the Last Supper is attached to an expandable frame. There are two metal slide feet that attach to the bottom of the frame. We recommend that the banner be set up where it will remain throughout the public display. It is very helpful to have your team ready to assist with all the tasks. Please be sure to close the purple stabilizer clips that are on the back of the frame. Please see the binder for more information and pictures.
During the Exhibit
Every parish/institution that hosts the exhibit can schedule the celebration of Mass or a Prayer Service and include Veneration of the first-class relic of Blessed Carlo Acutis. If one is available, a speaker can be scheduled to come to your exhibit. If you are interested in the celebration of Mass, a prayer service or speaker, please be sure you have scheduled this with your pastor’s consent, coordinating the same time with the Institute for Catholic Formation/Coordinator of Special Projects team member: 203-416-1634.
Should there be any changes to this arrangement, please contact our coordinator promptly.
Time to repack
- Please handle the panels carefully with the white cotton gloves and place them in order of country back into the boxes.
- Please leave the banner for the Last Supper on the frame at the completion of your exhibit. Please unsnap all purple stabilizers before closing the expandable frame. Please see the binder for pictures. Remove the two slide feet and place them in the special pocket of the carrier. Carefully fold the banner attached to the frame and place it in the carrier.
- Please be sure to pack the gloves in the white bag and place the thumb drive back in the binder.
