An interesting trend among younger generations, particularly Generation Z, is a slowed rate of development when compared to previous generations. Surveys show many teens reach certain milestones later in life such as: obtaining a drivers license and working at a paid job. What impact does this have on society? The reality of 20- and 30- somethings that are not prepared for the challenges of life, not personally accountable, and unmotivated to be productive in any way, shape, or form, apathetically living in a world that will needs them.
