Onboarding of Parish Catechetical Leaders - LEAD Overview/Situational Leadership

Dr. Patrick Donovan will be leading a practicum of navigating through all of the aspects of LEAD which will enhance the role of the PCL/DRE allowing them to work smarter and not harder! He will also present an overview of Situational leadership which encourages leaders to consider the team members they serve and the uniqueness of every situation to better serve your team members.
