Parish Meetings for Ministry Leaders

The bishop is asking every parish to host a meeting for all who did not attend one of his sessions.

Please fill out the following form so that the Institute team can set up your meeting in LEAD™ and send invitations.

Before you meet:

  • We will schedule the meeting in LEAD.
  • We will invite all those who did not attend a previous meeting.
  • We will send a reminder in the days ahead.
  • We will send the link to the video.
  • We will bring a projector and speaker if we are leading the meeting.
  • We will send you an attendance sheet to use.

When you meet:

  • We will lead the discussion if you wish.
  • You will take attendance using the sheet provided.
  • You will return that list to us and we will mark those in LEAD.
