Onboarding of Parish Catechetical Leaders

The Institute for Catholic Formation and the Diocese of Bridgeport will be hosting five in-person sessions for the new Onboarding Program for Directors of Religious Eductation and Parish Catechetical Leaders.

The dates, topics and speakers will be as follows:
August 25 – The Role of the DRE with Joe Paprocki
September 23 – LEAD Overview/Situational Leadership with Dr. Patrick Donovan
October 21 – Safe Environment Expectations/Human Resources with Erin Neil, Tracy Casey, and Deacon John DiTaranto
November 18 – Recruiting, Training and Retaining Catechists with Ann Marie Ecker
December 16 – Building Relationships and Effectively Communicating with Fr. Rob Kinnally
