What Matters Most: Aligning our Time to our Purpose… and God’s

9:00am - 2:00pm
Advent is a time to slow down, ponder, and practice hopeful waiting. But ironically that sometimes feels impossible for church ministers! Give yourself a moment of pause this season to take stock of what matters most in your life. We’ll reflect on how we spend our time and learn a process to align our time and the stuff of our real lives to the deep purpose God’s planted in us.

About Our Presenter

Kathy Goller BA, MA, is certified life and leadership coach who has devoted her life to excellence and servant leadership. Kathy has over twenty years of experience in diocesan ministry, holds a Master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry, and brings a depth and breadth of experience in evangelization, discipleship, faith formation, youth ministry, and personal and leadership development. She currently coaches ministry
leaders through NFCYM and the TENx10 Initiative with Fuller Youth Institute. Based in Western New York and serving nationally and internationally, Kathy founded her own business, Teal Horizon Coaching LLC, in 2022 to help others develop their gifts and lead their lives with purpose.

About the Book

Do What Matters is the authentic story of a recovering workaholic and her journey, through the loss of her son to drug addiction, to a new way of truly living. Encouraging you to question the desire to rush through life, she inspires you to discover a deeper, more meaningful source of productive energy and intentional life plan so you can live from an internal place of rest.

As a thank you for all of your work in your parish or school, all participants in this workshop will receive a copy of the book, published November 1, 2022, and the accompanying workbook.
