Lent Resources 2026
Lent is a sacred season of preparation, inviting Catholics to slow down and turn their hearts more fully toward God. Through prayer, fasting, and almsgiving, the Church journeys with Christ toward the cross, making room for repentance, renewal, and deeper trust in God’s mercy. These forty days invite us to conversion of heart, so that we may be renewed in faith and ready to celebrate the joy of the Resurrection.
